Feeling Hopeless Is Apart Of Getting To Your Best & Highest Timeline.

I know you may think of yourself as just one being. You may say “I am this body, walking through this world.” But the truth is you are multiple understandings anchored and tied to a seemingly singular physical form.
The topic of what you are is very deep and honestly somewhat endless so, for the purpose of this article, I am simply going to focus on it from a perspective of why your feelings of hopelessness are a normal and natural part of the journey to your best and highest timelines.

We are going to pretend that you are only THREE things. You are “Mind” (which is your ego self), You are “Body” (which is part of your physical tether to the 3D world), and you are “Soul” (which is your unique connection back to the creator source). As we have established, your body is the vehicle you use to move through the world, but where does that leave your mind and soul? The answer is vying for who leads your physical body through this world.
When you were a child and still newly entered into the 3D world your soul was the lead. Scientists believe that the ego self begins to be created around the age of about 2 to 4 years old. Over time as you grow up your ego mind tends to take over as a protection mechanism for many reasons that I won’t get into here.
Once upon a time I would have told you that the soul is meant to lead the physical vessel and to some extent that is true. However, I now understand that it’s meant to lead until your ego self is healthy and balanced enough to integrate with it and lead in its own way. This takes us back to why you may feel hopeless.
It can be either one of two things: You are not in an environment that feeds your soul or you are going through ego death (which I prefer to call ego deflation)
The answer to beginning to balance out these two understandings comes in no specific order. It’s person to person. However, I will talk about the key things to help you work through both.
The answer for the soul hopelessness you may feel is to start listening and paying attention to what your soul self wants and begin to take action on it. I’ll give you an example: on a deep soul level I hate being cold. It’s not just a preference. Whenever I am cold the world holds no joy for me and I can feel my soul-self screaming at me loud and clear that this is not where I am meant to be. For this reason, I made it my mission to move to an environment where my soul could feel happy. And as soon as I crossed state lines to live in a place of consistently warmer weather I felt the complete joy and relief within my soul and I promised it I would from then on always make my home living environment full of the warmth it needs.
So, I ask you what situation or environment is your soul screaming at you to navigate out of? What things are your soul asking you to take action on that you have yet to do so? It’s probably complicated and not an easy thing to make room for what your soul is asking for but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do it. It just means it’s hard.
It was hard for me to make my way to living in a warmer climate. I had to finish college, and end a marriage. The reason I ended the marriage is not because of my issues with cold weather, although the relationship itself was a reason I stayed in the state I lived in for as long as I did. In fact, had I stayed in the marriage I would have had to move to an even colder climate because of my ex partner's job. I can remember feeling and knowing that besides all the other problems in the connection that this for my soul was a final straw. My soul would not allow me to walk any further steps down a road that would leave me emotionally unfilled and physically chilled to the bone.
You MUST learn to listen to the truth of what your soul tells you is the nourishment it needs to be able to navigate through certain levels of hopelessness. And the thing about it is all that is required of you is that you TRY to take action toward what your soul wants dear listener. Your soul will reward your efforts. It doesn't have to be a finished result for you to begin to feel better and more at peace. Even just a mental commitment to make the necessary changes may help.
Now, let’s talk about your feelings of ego hopelessness.
This is more than likely due to the process of deflating your ego, what some people call ego death. The reason I don’t care for this term is because in my opinion it makes your ego sound like it’s unimportant. Your ego is very important as it is what gives you your personality in this lifetime. However, layers of it may need to be cleared and balanced.
For some people, standing in the energy of “I need to kill my ego” will draw up this rebelliousness from the ego entity that pushes it to fight back against “death” it will rage at the audacity of them to think that it isn’t considered important that they would presume to think they are meant to exist without it. For other people they may exist in an energy of their ego entity being in agreement that it’s not important and should completely die away. Sitting in a loop of energy that says it's just getting in the way of them having the best life for themselves so there is no reason for it to exist. Understand as your ego is a permanent part of you, that means it becomes you speaking to parts of yourself saying that you should not exist. Some people may go through both cycles of energy with their ego entity. It’s really person to person.
So, what should you do?
This is where you learn to have conversations with yourself. You want to acknowledge to your ego that it is important but that it’s not necessarily doing the job it’s meant to be doing. It is probably currently hogging the front seat of your physical vessel aka your body and again that seat is meant to be driven with a sense of integration by both your soul and your balanced ego.
Consider the driver seat of your body the source of yin and yang within yourself. Your yang energy being the ego and your soul being the yin. Your ego entity is often very scared. It doesn't want to give up total control of the seat. It thinks it knows best how to protect your physical vessel. And the soul won’t share all its plans with it.
In order for it to be willing to allow the soul to have its turn leading it needs a written description and an itemized checklist that it can run through over and over and spell check and on and on until it feels sure that everything will turn out ok.
Of course that is not how the soul works, for one simple reason. Trying to know everything in a singular moment is a burden and very stressful and that is not how you get to your highest and best timeline.
So,afraid and untrusting of the soul’s ability to lead, this is where the ego hopelessness comes in. It tries to tell the physical vessel there's only two options: the ego way or taking your own life. But this is not the truth. There is another route: the ignored soul route. Destination not completely known.
I know it’s hard but it is the answer. I could honestly probably go on forever about this topic but it’s not necessary.
What is necessary is that I tell you how to overcome your ego's hopelessness. The answer is: Everything that you are fearing doing that makes your ego say “it’s hopeless.” you should find a way to begin doing. And it’s important to do this before your soul throws a tantrum and does it for you, causing you to feel totally overwhelmed by the catastrophic change forced upon and potentially pushing your ego into forcing its hand and guiding you toward ending your physical existence or causing harm to others.
There is a lot more I could say here but I’ll save it for another post. Ultimately what I want you to take away from this is that it’s time to stop running from the things you know you need to do for yourself. Your best life waits on the other side. And even though you may feel it’s hard and complicated you are not happy in your current environment so what do you truly have to lose? Only what obviously isn’t serving or fulfilling you to any great degree anyway.
